Tiny birds often don't get crunched, maybe like flying near turbines, they just get the wind knocked out of them. The female mallard you sent had a fractured lower jaw, but I'm keeping it. You can hold on to the YEWA for awhile until you get something else to ship, or send it along now...either works for me.
