Hi Fritz - I know we get H.lecontei here in NS a close cousin but
distinguishable from other Hapola sp. I have never seen _contigua_. Perhaps
Chris , Jim E. et al can shed lite on this species if they have encountered
?

Cheers - DB

Subject: [NatureNS] Neighbour Moth (Hapola contigua)

Hi All,
I caught a Neighbour Moth (Hapola contigua) and when checking it out on
line the range maps, I looked at, didn't show it occurring east of Quebec.
Anyone familiar with this species and how common it is in N.S.? All the
best.
