Hi All,

I am forwarding a post that Jane Schlosberg has been trying to post to the list for some days now. They can receive the posts but for some reason have been unable to send.

Before I post this, could the list owner contact members Dave & Jane Schlosberg, dschlosb-g@ns.sympatico.ca, if the owner can offer suggestions to remedy their dilemma?

Here is Jane's post:

"Help with a grass i.d., please.
Every year at around this time, I am floored by the beauty of a grass. It has long awns as fine as hair, so that it looks like the tops are shrouded in a pale yellow mist with a pinkish tinge! The plant is not very tall-maybe about 12 inches. I found a small patch of it yesterday beside the parking lot at Conrad's Beach. I seem to remember finding it near roadsides in the past.
Anybody know what this is?
Thanks,
Jane "

Sincerely,

Gayle MacLean
