Windsor Sewage Ponds today (Sat) at high tide  2:15 - 2:45 pm

 

Spread out along the grassy bank to the left of the front 'holding pond'
near entrance gates and around edge of pond.  Did not have time to check
back pond, there may have been more shorebirds.

 

   240+   Black-bellied Plovers

8         Short-bill. Dowitchers  

24        'peeps'

        1    Yellowlegs sp.

        1    Spotted Sandpiper

     

Penney Beach < - > Avonport beach,:

~5,000 'peeps'
