I don't need hummingbirds.  I have a suet feeder (cage) where I leave the 
suet in the plastic case and hang it upside down.  The purpose is to force 
feeders to hang underneath it to feed.  Chickadees and Downy Woodpeckers do 
it regularly.  Recently though, a starling has learned to fly underneath it 
and peck at the suet while still on the wing.  It does look like a giant 
hummingbird when it does it.

I still have at least one hummer at my feeder here in Hall's Harbour.

Given that it looks like a runt, it's probably one of this year's crop.
