In Wolfville, at the southwest corner of the Baptist Church parking
lot (Highland Ave. just south of Main St.), is an old cut stump
(elm?) that has a lush yellow & reddish growth of the SULPHUR SHELF
FUNGUS, Laetiporus sulphureus.

Back on Sept. 8, James Hirtle found and photographed a beautiful
clump of the sulphur shelf on a tree-trunk in Kejimkujik Nat. Park.
I can send James's photos to anyone who asks me off-list.

Cheers from Jim in Wolfville
