Hi All=0AThis morning I was driving past Keji with a gentleman=0Awho had so=
me business in Keji. While he was attending=0Ato his affairs, I looked arou=
nd the Admin building and on the front=0Awindows found about a dozen Caddis=
 flies, big for Nova Scotia caddis=0Athe body was between 2 and 3 cms with =
large wings and antinea.=A0=0ATheir body was a pretty orange. Very noticeab=
le.=0AReg Baird had talked to me about them in the past and had written=0Aa=
bout them in his gem of a book but it was the first time I had meet them in=
 person.=0ARather late for flies to hatch but I guess thats their season.=
=0ALatter we went for a canoe paddle near Keji but not in the park.=0AAt on=
e place there was a group of Turtlehead flowers only the last flowers=0Aon =
the stem were still in bloom and the others flowers had turned to seed pods=
.=0AMushrooms are very plentiful in the woods. I don't know what kinds=A0=
