hi folks,
Between 1:30 and 2:30 pm today at Miner's Marsh (other than the usuals):

*Marsh Wren*, chipping extensively and squeaking out a rattle (suggesting
male) - today he is in the Cattails just at the North/East end of the
bridge over the river

*American Coot* (adult) in the west pond, near the central trail.
2 *Gadwall *in the East pond (unsure on age and sex at this point)

...and an *Ammodramus sparrow* *- Seaside or Saltmarsh*. This was observed
just briefly on the north edge of the East pond just where the private road
meets the trail - I am leaning towards Seaside (based on colouration and
size) but did not have the time to confirm (had to switch back to parent
duty!).

*Hopefully someone can confirm this* it is chipping there and might not be
too difficult to find again. I'll try again tomorrow.

cheers,
James.
