	Those for whom the winter birding season (as described by Blake in 
his recent post)  presents too many challenges, may be interested to 
know that 30 November, Saint Andrew's Day, is the opening day of the 
Great Haggis Hunt http://haggishunt.scotsman.com/   This is your 
chance to spot both Common and Golden Haggis as they migrate, via 
strategically-situated webcams in some of the most beautiful parts of 
the British Isles.  The hunt ends on Burns' Night, 25 January, 
although there is a peak of activity around Christmastime.   There 
are also prizes for folks who report the most haggis 
sightings:  visits to luxury golfing resorts, highland titles, 
bottles of whiskey  ...
