Hi, all.  A fellow we know feeds the birds and chipmunks in Shubie Park =
regularly.  I'm not sure if he would want his name disclosed, so I have =
deleted it; but here is the message he sent in response to my forwarding =
Jim's email to him:

Yes I am very familiar with that chickadee.

I have named it "Albino" and have been feeding it regularly.

It has only a couple gray feathers on its head rather than a black cap . =

It's bib is gray rather than black.
It has no colouration on it legs and the talons are gray.
But it does have the light golden brown side feathers below it's wings

It can be found in Shubie Park, hanging out with a group of about ten =
Chickadees and one Nuthatch about a one minute walk south from  the =
canal bridge near lake Charles.
