But they were very far away and the= ID is not positive=A0 although we used a telescope. If someone is near Cre= scent Beach it may be worth checking into.=0A=0AThis small group of 6 peeps= were accompanied by a Herring Gull (good for size comparison). The gull re= peatedly chased one away from the group and flew after it while the small b= ird ran wildly in a circle but managed to get back with its group without i= ncident. Then the peeps resumed feeding while the gull again stood by them.= My guess is the Gull was after some dinner but its method was new to me.
