You're probably aware of Shazam - load the app on your phone, whistle a few notes of that annoying earworm of a song you've been trying to remember the name of for the last three days - and Shazam will return the title, plus artist, links to buy etc. Pretty cool and lots of fun at parties and bongo jam sessions. I'm curious if anyone has heard of a similar app for bird songs? I know the experts like my smarty pants son can walk through a woods and rhyme off what he's hearing, but dummies like myself and Mr Burns need serious help.
