It took me a minute or two to figure what I've been seeing but I'm pretty sure it is a Common Redpoll. It has the lower back as it should but the rest is quite mottled up to the head and part of the face and they are snowy white! I have been trying for a photo but with the wind and the shyness of the creature, I haven't had any luck. Beat regards MargMillard, White Point, Queens
