It is a Greater scaup...  Note its head is curvy, not squarish as in a 
Lesser.  I learnt to keep the two straight.  "G" is a roundish letter so it 
is a Greater scaup with a round head.  "L" is a squarish letter.  Hence, it 
is a Lesser Scaup with a squarish head.
