With the fairly calm seas in the harbour this morning, seeing was very good=
.
Black Guillemot - at least a dozen scattered all over
Red-Breasted Merganser - 8 , mostly in pairs, scattered around
Common Eider - a large flock of 30+ in front of the Historic Properties, wi=
th 4 or 5 males.
One very large seal near Georges Island

I
have been seeing the Eiders mostly near the Navy dockyard for the past week=
 or so.
I normally see a few
Guillemot
s, today was the most I have seen.
