Subject: [NatureNS] American Mink(?) spotted in Bedford

While walking along DeWolf park yesterday (Bedford, Mar17,2013) I saw =
what appeared to be an American Mink on the shoreline near a river =
outlet. I'm not 100% certain of the id having never seen one close up.=20
It had a long bushy tail which ruled out an Otter. Was about 70-80cm =
body length, long tail and had small ears.=20
Here's the photo I captured before it hid among the rocks:
  http://www.wildlifesightings.net/temp/AmericanMinkMammal.html

Maybe this Mink came down the Sackville river and arrived here?
