Looks like a part of a mink coat to me.

While walking along DeWolf park yesterday (Bedford, Mar17,2013) I saw what
appeared to be an American Mink on the shoreline near a river outlet. I'm not
100% certain of the id having never seen one close up.
It had a long bushy tail which ruled out an Otter. Was about 70-80cm body length,
long tail and had small ears.

Maybe this Mink came down the Sackville river and arrived here?
