* but that seems to be the pattern. We have a saying in Ontario  -  
"green is black" - because the launches of all of the sustainable  
energy initiatives so ignore the principles of sustainability and  
ecology. It's as if the industrial/fiscal/political folks are so  
wedded to their eco-abusive tactics that they can get away from them,  
even when that's what they're supposed to be doing.
