In a short late morning visit to Miner's Marsh, Kentville, today: 

 

5 Canada Geese,  mf  Wood Duck,  4 Tree Swallows,  a Catbird (in full song),
Mockingbird (heard), several Yellow Warblers, Magnolia Warbler, Cardinal,

Blue-headed Vireo, Chimney Swift, and at least one Mourning Dove.

Plus of course Red-wing. Blackbirds, starlings, mallards with a few
ducklings. robins and Song Sparrows.

There was a muskrat sunning  and grooming himself by his burrow on an islet.
