I was curious as to why the wind turbines at West Pubnico all had female na=
mes on the doors. A friend of mine threw these thoughts out to me in respo=
nse to my comment about this on facebook.

I wonder why all female names...the feminine has always been a symbol of r=
enewal through creating life in multi cultures..I wonder if the names used =
that as a reference to parallel the renewal of the earth=2C the "birth" as =
it were of a new way of seeking energy through green energy via the wind...=
just my thoughts on it.
=20
I'd be interested in any other thoughts on this topic or is the above the a=
ctual reason for the female names=2C which would make perfect sense. =20
