Perhaps we should turn the focus (and your suggested punishment, Darrell) to=
 the real cause of the problem - cat owners who are so irresponsible and ign=
orant that they let their well-fed cats out into the streets to do what cats=
 do.=20

Sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind!

Wake up, people! It's your pet - it's YOUR responsibility!

And here I'm going to anger a lot of people...why isn't anyone talking about=
 how much of a pest we humans are? Chernobyl, Three Mile Island, Love Canal,=
 every open pit & strip mine, Ft. McMurray & the tar sands, BP in the Gulf o=
f Mexico...need I go on?

Stop blaming the executioner and fix the problem of the facilitators.=20
