Down here in the Banana Belt (Yarmouth, that is!), turkey vultures hang
around all winter.

Two soaring around a couple of days ago in Waverley; just one today flapping
hard in the stiff North wind. Surely they normally migrate south for the
winter, but they're cutting it pretty fine.
