Not quite as numerous as in the Southern parts of the province with this =
dramatic invasion of Snowy Owls but there was (probably still is) a =
Snowy Owl on Devil=92s Island. It was quite active at 8:00AM today, =
flying several times from one part of the island to the other. It seemed =
to come back to the West end more often but before we left it had =
disappeared to the South side which is not visible from Hartlen Point. =
Other birds were a Harrier, a Red-throated Loon, Northern Gannet, and =
Long-tailed Duck.
