Dorothy Poole=2C Pat Gladman and I made a run to Port Clyde=2C Bacarro=2C C=
ape Sable Island and to Yarmouth today. =20
=20
Highlights that I didn't see mentioned yet and might have missed were at Ba=
carro just beyond the Lobster Pound were two American tree swallows. We ha=
d a great horned owl on top of a tree by the towers between Exit 30 and 31 =
along the Fisherman's Memorial Highway=2C which is in the vicinity of Pubni=
co. We also saw one of the eastern bluebirds in Yarmouth by house 288 just=
past the Ellis Road. Also in Yarmouth were two American wigeon. =20
=20
In addition we saw the bean goose in Yarmouth=2C which was feeding on the g=
olf course at around 15:20. It still looked nice and healthy. At Bacarro =
an American kestrel was hovering first by the dome and then landed on the d=
ome=2C (big ball)=2C later to land on top of a telephone pole for easy view=
ing. We had three of the snowy owls reported yesterday at Cape Sable Islan=
d. Also at Daniel's Head one black-bellied plover and one at the Hawk. =20
