Actually, Marg and others, we are trying not to use "Count Period"  
any more -- this is now an ancient expression, and refers really to  
Dec. 15 to Jan. 4 (the possible period for all Xmas Counts) -- but  
COUNT WEEK is what James was referring to, meaning 3 days before your  
particular count plus 3 days after your count -- e.g. for the  
Wolfville Count that was on Dec. 14, our Count Week was from Dec. 11  
to Dec. 17 -- and, as James said, Count Week species are those seen  
during CW but not on Count Day, for whatever particular count.
