 Hi all:
I just submitted the results for the White Point Christmas Bird Count held =
on Dec. 21=2C 2013. The final total of species for the count was 49. We l=
ikely could have had higher numbers of species=2C but road conditions were =
poor=2C many roads could not be travelled on due to heavy ice and it was he=
avy fog for most of the day. Despite these facts most species corresponded=
with highs and lows from previous counts and a lot of species fell in the =
middle. The exception was American Robins which overshot any previous reco=
rds by a long shot. We had 318 and the highest count that we had prior was=
 somewhere around 29. =20
