Approximately 50 crows tried to bomb the peregrine falcon, which perched on
the SW corner of the Professional Centre at the intersection of Robie and
Spring Garden Road. A few pigeons flew by unscathed a few times!

Ann Doull informed me that her red-bellied woodpecker surfaced in her south
end Halifax backyard early this morning after a three-week absence. It
tends to show up early and has a quick snack before moving on to the next
unknown destination. Maybe in the woods by the tracks?

Cheers,

Liz
