Hi all:
=20
David Walmark and I went to Chester and worked our way back along the shore=
birding yesterday. In Chester a number of song sparrows were actively sin=
ging on territory. I've noticed a lot of European starlings tending besid=
e nest sites that have been used in the past over the last week or so. So =
whether they are using the holes as winter roosts or have started staking t=
heir nest sites out I'm not sure. I think it is the later=2C but I cannot =
be positive at this point.=20
=20
The northern mockingbird gave David and I great looks. This is the one bet=
ween the Chester Yacht Clubhouse and the house next door. =20
