Hi all:
=20
I took a run to East LaHave this afternoon. When driving through Dayspring=
 on the wires were four birds which had the profile=2C stance and look of s=
wallows. Possibly barn swallows. I turned around right away to confirm th=
at they were=2C but could not relocate them as they had flown off. So poss=
ible only.

Dad has had 50 American robins feeding on his lawn at East LaHave. I've be=
en getting numbers of reports from people who said they had not seen robins=
 all winter and now are seeing them. So maybe a possible start of migratio=
n. Of course they could also be overwintering robins taking advantage of t=
he clear lawns in places. Not Bridgewater as we still have plenty of snow =
here. =20

This morning I had a call from Chester to report an almost all white blue j=
ay. I was told that there is black on the wings and just a bit of blue tin=
ge throughout. I'm wondering if this might be the same bird that has shown=
 up at Riverport around this time every year for the past four or five year=
s. No reports this year yet though. That bird usually showed up during Fe=
bruary.
