Andrew Hebda at the Nat History Museum or Randy Lauff at St FX might want
it. We regularly get sharpies that hit windows,  some survive and some
don't.  We also usually keep at least one deceased bird frozen to "imp"
feathers ( think hair extensions) on birds that are ready for release but
need broken feathers replaced.
