   Yesterday I observed a pair of turkey vultures over the still =
partially frozen Lake William near Portobello. Alternately soaring and =
flapping their wings, obviously checking the waterway and the parallel =
Highway # 3 for carrion. Do they now breed in Nova Scotia?
