I had a couple of noteworthy sightings today while out and about. At
Rainbow Haven PP I observed a flock of 8 Lapland Longspurs roosting/flying
over the salt marsh, and an adult female Merlin was perched in a snag on
the Atlantic View Trail near Conrad Road.
