Paolo and I had a great day observing on Big Tancook Island today. We observed 35 species including: 4 Ring-necked Duck 1 Great Blue Heron 2 Boreal Chickadee 4 Savannah Sparrow (Ipswich) 6 Red-winged Blackbird 5 Purple Finch We were there the entire day but in hindsight we should have caught the 1:30 back because we added very little to our observations in the afternoon. Thanks to Hillary for leading us to a few choice sites. Keith Lowe
