With the Mourning Cloak reports starting to trickle in it is
safe to say that butterfly season is officially upon us and that the fifth and
final season of the Maritimes Butterfly Atlas is finally underway! New atlassers
are always welcome. To participate you can either submit photographs through
eButterfly.ca (the webpage is very similar to eBird) or specimens directly to
the atlas. The atlas is looking for records of any species from anywhere in the Maritimes.

If you've already submitted records to the project then
please keep it up!

For more information please contact me (send emails to jklymko@mta.ca).

Cheers,
John
