The bird was within Canada's 200-nmi exclusive economic zone (EEZ) a week a=
go today,
and technically in Shelburne County. I will have more information on it (w=
e now have a picture)
for a future issue of Nova Scotia Birds based on what one of the observers,=
Michael Force,
has told me. They also had a Black-capped Petrel in the same area, but it =
was too distant
to photograph.
