We are trying to tackle this today. We think it is an issue with Internet Explorer in combination with a minor upgrade from last week. The multiple browser configurations are a complication that we are constantly struggling with, since something that works perfectly well in one setup (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 9) may not work at all in another (e.g., Internet Explorer 9). To that end, if any of you have eBirders who get in touch with you about these things, please reply to them, CC me (mji26@cornell.edu), and ask what browser and version they are using. Screenshots of the actual error they receive (screengrabbing software can be used on PCs, or just use "Command + Shift + 4" on a Macintosh. As we try to get this resolved, we are also looking for savvy eBirders who can help us diagnose this.
