Thanks Dave,
    I had forgotten Ciidae but as it happens this has the elbowed =
antennae of Scolytinae.

    As best can be seen on a moving target; it is 1.3 mm long & it fits =
Crypturgus pusillus (Gyllenhal).=20

  Ciidae are known as minute fungus beetles.  Superficially they =
resemble scolytines, but are Tenebrionoids.
