HI Blake & All,
I find it very difficult to recognize plants that I know well in =
photos because background clutter hides plant features but possible IDs =
are--
#1 Arenaria lateriflora
#2 Veronica perhaps serpyllifolia
#3 Galium sp.
#4 Rubus perhaps pubescens which varies with light & moisture =
conditions.

Subject: [NatureNS] Plant ID Help requested:

  Hi Everyone;

If you need a break from chasing rare gulls and terns, I am soliciting =
assistance in the identification of 4 plants I recently photographed. =
The images cab be found here:

  https://flic.kr/s/aHsjZu67Fe

  Plants # 1 through 3 (three images of #3) were photographed in a =
mostly deciduous understory on Partridge Island, on 30 June. Plant #4 =
(three shots), evidently a Rubus of some kind, was found yesterday (July =
6) on a trail off Hwy 333 near McGrath's Cove. The leaflets are in 3s, =
and there are no prickles or thorns on the stem. I am stumped.

Any and all assistance is appreciated.

  Cheers,

  Blake
