Today I joined the Halifax Field Naturalists for a hike at Prospect High
Head (HRM). While on the hike I and a few others had the pleasure of
seeing a flock of 16 whimbrel flying back and forth near Phantom Cove
stopping to rest in the small bay (44.483708, -63.810961).
