On the topic of the Large Yellow Underwing (Noctua pronuba), there were some at the lights earlier this week (Corkum's Island, Lun Co):

Others may notice them now too- very hard to miss. A big brownish moth that bangs into the lights with quite a wallop, scattering nearby moths. And they frequently wham into humans as well. They give the overall impression of being aggressive. What impact, if any, has this introduced species had on other moths or anything else?
