Dorothy Poole=2C Pat and I went birding at Port Mouton=2C Port Clyde=2C Bla=
nche=2C and Bacarro today. Of note: one yellow warbler by the Port Mouton=
Wharf. At Blanche=2C two ruffed grouse=2C three blue-headed vireos and tw=
o red-eyed vireos. The only warbler species we could find there was yellow=
-rumped. We found only yellow-rumped warbler at a number of other location=
s. For the area covered it was hard birding with only 31 species. We did =
have three whimbrels and one northern mockingbird at Bacarro. =20
=20
Numbers of leps today. There were a lot of American ladies=2C numbers of c=
abbage whites and orange sulphurs. We also had a great spangled fritillary=
. One mourning cloak along the Blanche Peninsula. Also=2C a good migratio=
