You'd have a helluva job to find wild Atlantic salmon in any market, so it's
a safe assumption that any marketed Atlantic salmon is farmed, unless
otherwise labelled!

This kind of sneaky manipulation convinces me that farmed salmon is
another 'commercial' curse; our tax dollars at work to our detriment.
Is it safe to assume that any salmon on the market is farmed ? Or is it
labeled as such ?
