There were two male Eurasian Wigeon at Melbourne Lake at 0900 hrs. this mor=
ning. Viewed from just south of the Allan/Comeau road junction. On the retu=
rn trip an hour later=2C the ducks were no longer visible from this vantage=
point. Also present were a few American Wigeon=2C some Green-winged Teal a=
nd Mallards=2C 50 or so Bufflehead=2C and a lot of Black Ducks. As well the=
re were 200 or more Dunlin. a Greater Yellowlegs=2C and a baker's dozen of =
Black-bellied Plover. From the road a scope would be helpful=2C if not nece=
ssary. No sign of the Swainson's Hawk at Pinkney's Point. Cheers=2C Larry N=
