Hi everyone,

For those of you who might be interested, here's a link to a story on the B=
BC website about an example of Golden-winged Warblers who not only avoided =
a tornado, leaving their established territories a full day before the stor=
m arrived. They then reappeared on territory after the storm had passed.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p02fl79x

The researcher who was studying the birds at the time of the storm attribut=
es this action to the birds being very sensitive to the very low frequency =
sounds generated by the storm. These sounds travel over great distances.

All the best,

Lance
