We saw the Towhee today, Richard, just before 4 p.m. It hides out at
the Irving St. entrance to the cemetery on the N. side of Irving between
the last house and the small parking area just inside the entrance to
the cemetery, where there is a tangle of multiflora roses and a brush
pile. On our previous attempts to see this bird we parked on Irving,
but I think we scared it when we did that. So today we parked on the
other side of the cemetery and walked quietly over to the Irving St.
entrance, and there it was! We haven't found the Chat yet.
