Hi all:
=20
Thanks to those who participated in the Christmas Bird Counts and thank you=
to those who are returning spread sheet data to me. It's great that I'm g=
etting the data back=2C but it's all in Excel Spreadsheets. The program al=
though I've used it many times in the past myself does not seem user friend=
ly to printing. No matter how hard I try or what I try=2C I can only get o=
ne page of the spread sheet to print. In print preview only one page shows=
and trying to show other pages only shows the first page=2C which is not t=
he full document. If you press sheet two it does not show the rest of the =
document to print. If I pull the page down to show the rest of the documen=
t and try to print it I only get page one. Also=2C lowering the percentage=
down in print preview does not work. Only the first page of the document =
shows. Has anyone discovered a way to use excel to print your whole docume=
nt off when there is more than one page? I've had to take the documents an=
d put them into programs which are friendly to printing. When you print fr=
om other programs such as open office or libre office or word perfect you g=
et the whole document right away. It prints the whole thing without messin=
g around. It's very time consuming having to convert the data into a sprea=
d sheet that is user friendly to printing=2C rather then getting the data s=
traight to transfer to my master spread sheet. Quadropro when I had it wa=
s also user friendly to printing. For the future could someone please emai=
l me personally with a resolution to the Excel printing problem if you have=
an answer to it. =20
