Among the horde of dabbling ducks feeding at low tide along Tannery Road in=
Lunenburg late this afternoon were two Eurasian Wigeon, probably immature =
males, but possibly rufous females. There were also a few American Wigeon, =
Black Ducks, a female Lesser Scaup, seven Canada Geese, and more Mallards t=
han birders before our era would have dreamed of in Nova Scotia.
