   Just a few minutes ago a flock of Canada Geese 40 - 50 in number

   passed over the house. They were low - just over the trees and heading north east
  </div>

   which is the general direction of Mahone Bay - the bay not the town.
  </div> 
  <div>
   They looked like they wanted to settle down.&#160; Perhaps at the outlet of the Gold River.

   A pleasant sight on a cold winter day
