Hi all.=C2=A0 I am down in Baddeck working for the weekend.=C2=A0 Today I h=
ad a flock of about 20 juncos at the feeders (staying at a friend's house w=
hile he is away) as well as 3 deer.=C2=A0 The deer also had a good browse t=
hrough the garden and ate a lot of dried grass off the lawn.=C2=A0 They the=
n proceeded to empty the bird feeders, then wandered off to see what the ni=
eghbours had on offer.=C2=A0 There was a pine sisken at the feeder as well.=
=C2=A0 I have been out and about Victoria County a fair bit over the past 2=
 days and have seen flocks of 15 or so robins in several places.=C2=A0 Ther=
e was a wood duck along the Baddeck Bay road in the lake.=C2=A0 At Nyanza t=
hey have a good crop of crocuses and snowdrops outside the Herring Choker.=
=C2=A0 The birch trees have that lovely red tinge to their tips as well.Che=
