   Hi All
  </div>
  <div>
   This morning I stopped at this little spot near Indian Point to take a look.
  </div>
  <div>
   The ice is pretty well gone. Now its open water - I could have used the canoe.
  </div>
  <div>
   The Red-winged Blackbirds have returned. 3 or 4 pairs usually nest here
  </div>
  <div>
   and they are back in the usual spots in the dried bull rushes.
  </div>
  <div>
   2 pairs of Ring Necked ducks.&#160; I haven&#39;t seen them nest there before - maybe
  </div>
  <div>
   their usual lakes are frozen up yet.
  </div>
  <div>
   Also a cormorant doing a little fishing or frogging. The Gaspereau can&#39;t be in here yet.
  </div>
  <div>
   No mallards or blacks as they usually are. Maybe they selected another spot to nest.
  </div>
  <div>
   A nice little spot.
  </div>
  <div>
   Enjoy the last of the ice and snow!
  </div>
  <div>
   Paul
  </div>
